What should I bear in mind when uploading photos?

Your profile photo is one of the most important elements that best represents you and creates the first visual impression on other members. That first impression can directly influence the other person’s decision to get in touch with you or get to know you better. Therefore, when choosing your profile photo, make sure to present yourself in a natural and genuine way, showcasing your best qualities.

Important: The photo you upload first will be used as your profile picture. We therefore recommend that you choose a high-quality portrait photo in which your face is clearly visible.

Tips for your profile picture

  • Please use a recent photograph in which your face is clearly visible.
  • A natural and genuine smile creates a warmer and more positive impression.
  • Make sure the photograph is well lit.
  • Avoid sunglasses, hats, filters or effects that cover your face.
  • Please ensure that the photograph is clear, in focus and of high quality.
  • Choose a photo that shows you looking natural and approachable.

Technical requirements

  • The file size must not exceed 11 MB.
  • The supported file formats are .jpg and .png.
  • The maximum dimensions of the photograph should be 300 pixels wide and 400 pixels high.
  • Good lighting conditions ensure that all the details in a photograph are clear and accurately captured.

A well-chosen profile photo will help make your profile stand out and increase your chances of making contact.
