How can I cancel my subscription purchased through the app?

• If you want to cancel your Premium membership, you must complete the cancellation process at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Note: Deleting the eÇift app does not delete your account. If you purchased an eÇift Premium subscription with your Apple ID or Google Play Store ID, deleting the app and/or your account will not cancel your subscription
• After canceling the subscription, you can continue to benefit from all eÇift Premium features until the end of the current subscription period.
• To cancel your eÇift Premium subscription, follow one of the options below according to the App Store.

Google Play Store

1. Go to Google Play Store account.
2. Find the eÇift subscription.
3. Tap on the Cancel Subscription option.

Apple iTunes ve App Store

1. Go to Settings - iTunes and App Store option.
2. Tap on your Apple ID first, and then on View Apple ID.
3. Confirm using Touch ID or Face ID.
4. Tap on Subscriptions, select eÇift subscription, and tap on Cancel Subscription.
