Why am I getting a "No record found!" message when trying to log in?

When logging in to eÇift, pay attention to the use of capital and small letters. This applies to both your email address and password. For example, if your password is “Tolga”, you cannot log in with “tolga”.

If you have forgotten your password or user information, you can click on the “Forgot your password?” link on our homepage to request a new one. The login link, which will be sent to your email address, is only valid for 24 hours, and if this time has expired, you will need to request a new password reset.
