Why do I sometimes receive messages from members who do not match my search criteria?

The members we suggest to you are highly compatible and match your search criteria. However, you may have been recommended to a member who does not match your search criteria but is a good match for you based on your profile (if you match their search criteria). In this case, you may receive a message from the recommended member.

For example, if you live in Istanbul and are looking for someone who also lives in the same city, all the members suggested in your list are residents of Istanbul. However, if a member has wider search criteria and is open to meeting someone who lives in either Istanbul or Izmir, you may receive a message from a member living in Izmir. This is because you match their search criteria and appear in their list of recommended members. Therefore, it is worth being flexible and open to new possibilities! A member who is one or two years older than your "ideal" age criteria, or lives 30 kilometers away instead of in your neighborhood, can still be the right person for you.
