Important: The photo you upload first will be used as your profile photo. We therefore recommend choosing a high-quality portrait in which your face is clearly and openly visible.

Tips for your profile photo

Use a recent photo in which your face is clearly visible.
A natural, genuine smile creates a warmer and more positive impression.
Make sure the photo is well lit.
Avoid sunglasses, hats, filters or effects that cover your face.
Make sure the photo is sharp, in focus and of high image quality.
Choose a shot that presents you in a natural, trustworthy way.

Technical requirements

The file size must not exceed 11 MB.
The supported file formats are .jpg and .png.
The maximum photo size is 300 pixels wide and 400 pixels high.
Good lighting ensures that all details of the photo are shown clearly and accurately.

A well-chosen profile photo will help your profile stand out and increase your chances of getting in touch with others.

Photos with one or more of the following characteristics are not approved by our customer service team:

Photos that include children
Blurry or low-quality photos, or photos in which the person cannot be clearly made out
Photos containing sexual content, excessive nudity or inappropriate content
Images that infringe the copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties (cartoon characters, photos of celebrities, etc.)
Photos containing insults, degrading content, threats or violence
Photos with a commercial purpose or that serve as advertising
Photos containing a name, surname, phone number, email address, social media account or similar personal information
Photos created with artificial intelligence, edited with AI tools, or altered with filters, effects or digital retouching that make a person look different from reality
Group photos in which other people are clearly visible
Photos that are outdated or do not accurately represent you

To ensure our members’ safety and to help profiles reflect reality, we only accept photos that are recent, natural, and free of AI intervention or heavy digital editing.
