Can I cancel my membership from the mobile website?

You can cancel a standard eÇift membership by using the mobile website. To do this, follow the instructions: Menu > Your Membership Settings > Profile Status > Click here to delete your profile. However, to cancel a Premium Membership, you need to contact our customer service team via email or fax. You will need to provide your email address and security password for identification. Your security password can be found under "Menu" and "Membership Settings." You have the right to cancel your eÇift membership at least 30 days before the end of the membership period. In this case, all automatic membership renewals associated with the membership will also be canceled.
