Can I cancel my membership from the mobile website?

Yes, you can! You can easily cancel your standard eÇift membership via the mobile website.

Standard Membership Cancellation:

Just follow these steps:

Menu > Your Membership Settings > Your Profile Status > Click to delete your profile

Premium Membership Cancellation:

If you’d like to cancel your Premium membership, unfortunately you can’t do this on your own through the mobile site. You’ll need to contact our customer service team. To do so:

• You can send an email, or
• You can send a fax

So that we can verify your identity, you need to provide your email address and your security password. You can find your security password under “Menu” > “Your Membership Settings.”

Important: You have the right to cancel your membership no later than 14 days before your membership period ends. When you cancel this way, any automatic renewals linked to your membership will also be deactivated.
