How can I cancel my membership?
To delete your profile and cancel your membership as a Standard member on eÇift, log in to eÇift and go to the "Membership Settings" menu. You can delete your profile from the "Profile Status" section by entering your user password in the password section to confirm the deletion of your profile and personal information.
As a Premium member, as stated in the eÇift usage terms, you must contact eÇift in writing via email or fax to cancel your membership and submit a cancellation request. You must provide your email address, user code, and security password for identification verification. You can find your security password in the "
Membership Settings" section.
You have the right to cancel your eÇift membership registration at least
30 DAYS BEFORE the end of the membership period. In this case, all automatic membership renewals associated with your membership will also be canceled.
