When I want to cancel my membership and delete my profile, what should I do?

The process depends on your membership type:

For standard members:

1. Log in to eÇift.
2. Go to the “Your Membership Settings” menu.
3. In the “Your Profile Status” section, find the “Click to delete your profile” link.
4. On the screen that opens, enter your password to confirm that your profile and personal information will be permanently deleted.

This action cannot be undone. Once you confirm, your profile and all of your personal information will be permanently deleted.

For Premium members:

To cancel your Premium membership, you need to send a written notice. You can use one of the following channels:

In your request, you must provide the following information to verify your identity:

• Your registered email address
• Your security password (you can find it in the “Your Membership Settings” section)

Note: If you want to stop your Premium membership from renewing automatically, you must submit your cancellation request at least 14 days before the end of the current membership period. Otherwise, your membership may be automatically renewed for the next period.
