When I want to cancel my membership and delete my profile, what should I do?

For Standard members: To delete your profile and cancel your membership as a Standard member, you need to log in to eCift and go to the "Membership Settings" menu. Then, in the "Profile Status" section, click on the "Click here to delete your profile" link. Once you enter your password, you will confirm the deletion of your profile and personal information.

For Premium members: You need to submit a written request to cancel your Premium membership (letter, email, or fax). Please specify your email address and security password for identification verification. You can find your security password in the "Membership Settings" section of your profile.
